Hey guys,
So as some of you may know, I've been having some problems lately with anticlimactic and allergic reactions to various unknown stimulus. To try and stop and lessen the risk, I've decided to go onto the low histamine diet.
This diet essentially makes me vegan.
No aged cheese, no milk, no meat and fish (I was already vegeterian). I mean I was vegan for four years and there are some items on this list I'm sincerely going to miss;
Onions,
strawberries (actually caused anaphlaxis)
Banannas,
Tomatos.
With the exit of tommatos, I'm almost fucked for a meal. I'm telling ya'll, vegeterians and vegans have it hard.
